🔬 Our mission is to develop innovative in vitro diagnostic tools for preparedness against current and future infectious disease threats. We are focusing on neglected epidemics, emerging epidemics, and diseases under elimination drives, all while keeping an eye on the potential emergence of the hypothetical “Agent X.”
💡 PREPARE-TID is building a comprehensive pipeline of diagnostic solutions, including:
* A mobile suitcase sequencing laboratory with user-friendly bioinformatics.
* Field-deployable rapid nucleic acid extraction methods.
* Mobile, smartphone-linked molecular point-of-care tests.
* A multiplex PCR one-health surveillance platform.
* An integrated one-health digital platform.
